The First Lady Is Not Ruling Out Plastic Surgery As one of the few first ladies of the United States to be recognized for her beauty, Michelle Obama is actually turning 50 years old, later this week. In a recent interview with People Magazine, the First Lady essentially told the publication that she isn’t ruling out plastic surgery or Botox in the later future. “Women should have the freedom to do whatever they need to do to feel good about themselves, right now, I don’t imagine I would go that route, but I’ve also learned to never say never,” Obama commented on the question regarding keeping herself looking young and fabulous. As someone who is an advocate for children playing outside and eating healthy, the First Lady is not the insane health nut that some make her out to be, but rather she eats healthy and takes care of herself. Now, although Michelle Obama may not be heading under the knife or needle anytime soon, she would be an excellent candidate for any procedure – not because she needs them, but because she takes proper care of herself. Plastic surgery is important not to jump into because you want to make sure you are in good health and that you fully think about the changes you are making. While plastic surgery can be beneficial, the dislike by many is due to people not necessarily understand the procedure and not properly following through with their recovery.
