No fireworks are allowed on Timberlake Resort & RV Club property, and no fireworks are allowed on the Beach Area. If anyone violates this rule, it is grounds for revocation of Membership and/or Seasonal Site privileges or both and immediate expulsion from Timberlake Resort & RV Club.

ADDENDUM FOR RULES & REGULATIONS TIMBERLAKE MEMBERSHIP
GENERAL RULES RULE #8..pg 2 Fires are allowed in fire rings only and must be extinguished when you retire for the night and before leaving the campground No fires allowed at beach. GUEST POLICIES RULE #19..pg 3 Only one (1) guest vehicle is allowed per site. Parking is available in the lot or in the storage area If this is not followed, the guest must leave the property. RULE #20..pg 3 If guests use an additional campsite they will be required to pay the current campsite fee. CAMPING POLICIES RULE #27..pg 4 One motorized vehicle (tow vehicle) will be permitted per campsite on a usual basis. Parking must be in the drive for the site and not on grass, roadway or other campsites. There is parking available for extra vehicles in the storage lot. RULE # 34..pg 5 MEMBERS ARE ALLOWED TO STAY FOR THE NUMBER OF CONTINUOUS DAYS STATED IN THE CONTRACT AND MUST VACATE FOR SEVEN (7) DAYS BEFORE RETURNING. WHEN A MEMBER'S CAMPING UNIT IS TO BE UNOCCUPIED FOR MORE THAN A 24 HOUR PERIOD MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE CAMPSITE UNLESS YOU HAVE SEASONAL PRIVILEGES. FOR EACH DAY PAST THAT YOU ARE ABSENT, THE DAILY CHARGE WILL BE CHARGED TO THE MEMBER RULE #46..pg 7 Golf carts must follow the same traffic pattern and rules as other vehicles. They are not allowed on foot paths, on grass area, nor allowed to cut across any part of another member's campsite. They must stop at all stop signs and be operated in a responsible manner. Member, children or guest will lose driving privilege for excessive speed or reckless use of golf carts. You must be 16 years of age and possess-a valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on Timberlake property. Any golf cart access to the beach shall be via the south path—no traffic down the road. SEASONAL SITES RULE #58..pg 9 SEWAGE DISPOSAL ON SITE IS PROHIBITED. All units must use a commercially produced vinyl/plastic holding tank A porta-potty may not be emptied in any restroom. They must be emptied at the dumping station. Pumpout service is available at an affordable cost A schedule for pumping will be posted at the office and you must sign up for service by 10 ant on the pump days. Unless attached to a portable holding tank YOUR SEWER OUTLET MUST BE CAPPED. A portable holding tan is available for your use at no charge. You. may pick up the key at the office. Anyone

GENERAL RULES 1. ALL members and ALL guests of members MUST register before going to a campsite. If not registered before setting up camp, a registered member will take priority for the site. Guests will not be allowed to stay. Members are responsible legally and financially for the actions of their guests, family, children and pets. Member will be charged for damages and not allowed use until paid. Juveniles (under 18 years) will be at their campsite by 10 p.m. unless there is prior authorization or parents are in attendance. Juveniles may be restricted to campsite for violation. NO trees or vegetation may be cut, broken, pulled or removed from Timberlake property, campsite, or seasonal sites without permission from management or staff. To do so is grounds for loss of seasonal site privilege, membership or both. You will be billed for triple damages as provided for under State of Michigan law and not allowed use until paid in full. The discharge of ANY firearm or weapon (includes sling-shots and BB guns) is prohibited. You must take the weapon home or leave the property. Bows and arrows are allowed on the archery range by adults and children under parental supervision. Hunting, killing or abuse of ANY animal on Timberlake property is prohibited. If caught, you, your children or your guests will be restricted to your site or must leave the Timberlake property.

7. No garbage or refuse of any kind may be thrown into any lake, pond, stream or wooded area. If caught you, your children or guest will be restricted to your site.

Fires are allowed in fire rings only and must be extinguished when you retire for the night and before leaving the campsite to go home. No fires are allowed at the beach. Swimming is not allowed in the fishing and paddle boat lake.

10. Children must be accompanied by an adult when using the lake areas, including the beach. 11. No animal other than a seeing eye dog is allowed in ANY Timberlake Resort building, pavilion, beach, playground, or within 50 feet of paddle boat dock or fishing area. No dogs may be walked across any campsite other than their own. Pets must be on a short (6 foot) leash when outside the RV. Under NO circumstance can a dog be left to roam free. Barking dogs must be removed from the campground. ANY dog not leashed while outside the camping unit will be banned from the property. No dog may be left unattended at the campsite. If you do not dean up after your dogs, it will be confined to your site. Unattended animals will be taken to a kennel at dog owners expense. 12. Carrying and drinking alcoholic beverages from containers in the general resort area is prohibited. You may carry individual drinks in a can cooler, can wrap or non see-through glass, otherwise, alcoholic beverages must be consumed at the individual campsite. 13. NO vehicle repair or major mechanical repairs that cannot be completed in 1/2 hour are allowed at the campsite. 14. No idling, revving, tuning ot performance engines is allowed. When stopping at a campsite to visit friends, as courtesy to their neighbors, please turn all vehicles off.

15. NO glass containers are allowed on the beach for obvious reasons, nor are fires of any kind.

16. Quiet hours are 11 p.m. to 9 a.m.

GUEST POLICIES 17. Guests of members will be allowed two (2) overnight visits per year and only when member is present. Each guest will receive a guest pass. Any guest not in possession of their pass will not be allowed entrance. There will be no guests allowed access unless member pre-registers the guest at the t)f lice. Member will notify office of name and address of guest, date and approximate time of arrival and date of departure. In case of late arrival, advance notice must be given. There will be a $2.00 per day per person charge for all guests. 18. At no time will the guest of a member of Timberlake be allowed to invite guests to Timberlake Resort. If this should occur, both guest and their guest must leave immediately. 19. Only one (1) guest vehicle is allowed per site. Parking is available in the lot or on the west side of Ridge Road. If this is not followed, the guest must leave the property. 20. If guests use an additional campsite they will be required to pay $16.00 per night. 21. Timberlake Resort management and staff has the right to refuse access or to eject any guest for violation of rules or misconduct of any kind. 22. Guests are permitted on holidays and three (3) day weekends on a space available basis and members will always take priority. Timberlake has the right to limit the number of guests per site and the number of camping units per site.

23. Guests will not be allowed access before the member is present. 24. Guests may not store any item on Timberlake Resort property beyond their visitation time. CAMPING POLICIES 25. Members not in good standing (current on all maintenance and seasonal fees) will not be allowed entrance to Timber-lake Resort property. If payment arrangement has been made in advance of use of site and payments are current, use will be allowed. 26. Members are to occupy one (1) campsite only. Sites are filled on a first come, first served basis. Although the resort can guarantee space, there is no reservation by site number. 27. One motorized vehicle (tow vehicle) will be permitted per campsite on a usual basis. Parking must be in the drive for the site and not on grass, roadway or other campsites. There is parking available for extra vehicles in the parking lot. 28. In the event of an emergency, Timberlake Resort has the authority to move equipment, vehicles and belongings of members without liability or notice. 29. No dirt bikes are allowed on Timberlake Resort property unless pulled on a trailer. No starting, revving or tuning of bikes is allowed on Timberlake property. 30. Paddle tires are not to be used on Timberlake property. 31. Campsite is to be left clean before leaving. Put trash in dumpster located on the exit road. Do not leave trash in the firepit.

32. Timberlake Resort may prohibit fires when a fire hazard exists or is put into force by the DNR or the State Police. Should an extreme fire hazard occur, the campground can be ordered closed and all members and guests shall comply with the order to vacate. 33. NO “cutting across” campsites of others is allowed by foot, golf cart, bicycle or other vehicle. Your children, or guests will be confined to your own site for this violation. 34. MEMBERS ARE ALLOWED TO STAY FOR THE NUMBER OF CONTINUOUS DAYS STATED IN THE CONTRACT AND MUST VACATE FOR SEVEN (7) DAYS BEFORE RETURNING. WHEN A MEMBER’S CAMPING UNIT IS TO BE UNOCCUPIED FOR MORE THAN A 24 HOUR PERIOD, IT MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE CAMPSITE UNLESS YOU HAVE SEASONAL PRIVILEGES. FOR EACH DAY PAST THAT YOU ARE ABSENT, THE $16.00 A DAY CHARGE WILL BE CHARGED TO THE MEMBER. 35. THE SPEED LIMIT FOR ALL VEHICLES IS FIVE (5) MILES PER HOUR ON ALL TIMBERLAKE PROPERTY. TIMBERLAKE RESORT HAS THE RIGHT TO RESTRICT ANY VEHICLE FROM ENTERING THE PROPERTY OR BEING USED ON TIM BERLAKE PROPERTY FOR EXCESSIVE SPEED AS A SAFETY PRECAUTION OR TO AVOID HAZARD TO OTHER PERSONS AND PROPERTY. GUESTS WHO DRIVE AT EXCESSIVE SPEED MAY BE REQUIRED TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY AND NOT RETURN. 36. All tents must be taken down and put away when not occupied for more than 24 hours.

37. Members are solely responsible to secure objects in the camping unit to prevent damage when the RV is to be moved by Timberlake Resort staff. Resort staff are not allowed to enter members camping unit unless member is present and neither Timberlake Resort nor staff member is responsible for damage inside the camping unit. 38. Members are responsible for providing all insurance for their camping unit. A current license tag is required by law. 39. Discharge of sewage onto the ground or in an unapproved container or area is grounds for revocation of membership and/or seasonal site privilege or both and immediate expulsion from Timberlake Resort. 40. Use only designated access areas to the beach. Feet and golf carts are the only vehicles allowed. 41. Each campsite has its individual 30 amp breaker and receptacle outlet for your camping needs. This is the only electrical hook-up allowed at Timberlake Resort and therefore, any and all other electrical hook-ups are in violation of the State of Michigan approved permit. ANY hook-up which by-passes the breaker is in violation of state law. Any hook-up violation will be removed and the pedestal locked. 42. Any and all facilities are used by members, their families and guests at their own risk. Timberlake Resort is not responsible for loss or damage to any property or injury of members or guests. 43. Minors are strictly prohibited from consuming any alcoholic beverage while at Timberlake Resort. Illegal use of drugs by anyone will not be tolerated. Any person or persons using illegal substances will be reported and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

44. Foul language can be offensive so watch both mouth and manners. 45. Bicycles are allowed on all roadways. They are not allowed on foot paths nor the path to the beach. Bicycle riders may not ride across other campsites or grass areas and must use entrance and exit the same as other vehicles for safety reasons. Bicyclists must obey all stop signs. Riders who cannot ride in a responsible manner will lose the privilege of riding on campground property. Headlight and rear reflector is required if riding after dark. 46. Golf carts must follow the same traffic pattern and rules as other vehides. They are not allowed on foot paths, on grass areas, nor allowed to cut across any part of another member’s campsite. They must stop at all stop signs and be operated in a responsible manner. Member, children or guest will lose driving privilege for excessive speed or reckless use of golf carts. You must be 16 years of age and possess a valid drivers license to operate a golf cart on Timberlake property. 47. Bug lights will be allowed only if they are turned off during daylight hours and in the evening if you are absent from the site or when you retire for the evening. They can be very annoying to your neighbors and you will be awakened to extinguish them or they will be unplugged and not be allowed in the campground. 48. Only one (1) unit of outside lighting is allowed. Low voltage marker lights are not allowed for reasons of liability. Outside lighting is restricted to the recreational vehicle, patio or deck. All others must be removed. 49. The camping units electrical cord must reach the electrical hook-up box for that site. No extension cords are allowed for this purpose. Seasonal site privilege may be disallowed or camping unit moved to be in compliance.

50. If you do not camp during winter months or if unit is not going to be used for 30 days or more, it must be unplugged from the electrical hook-up. SEASONAL SITES 51. At all times the site must be kept in a neat and orderly manner. The storing of boxes, barrels, excess vehicles (more than one in addition to the vehicle you drove in), tires or any items not usual and necessary to the camping area, must be kept in an approved building (barn) or must be taken home or put in storage. Notice to comply will be sent and there will be fourteen (14) days to remedy the situation. If not taken care of, revocation of seasonal site privilege will follow and you will have seven (7) days to vacate the site. 52. No structure may be built or placed on a campsite except those approved by Timberlake Resort. No storage building may consist of more than one hundred (100) square feet (10’ x 10’). Buildings must be of wood with a “barn” roof. Sidewalls may not be more than five (5) feet from floor to eave. Buildings may not be higher than nine (9) feet from floor to peak. All others will not be allowed. 53. NOTHING is to be stored in back of, along side of, or against storage building. It harbors rodent, insects, snakes and bees. Failure to keep the area clear will result in a notice to comply. If not remedied, revocation of seasonal site privilege will follow in seven (7) days and site must be vacated. 54. All tip outs, slide outs, porch, screen or glass enclosures, decks, screen houses, sheds, seepage pits, walks, patios, fences (if allowed), trees, retaining walls and any other construction must be in accordance with all Township, County, State and Timberlake Resort regulations.

55. Camping units must be an approved RV and titled as such. Where applicable it must bear the RVDA tag. 56. The use of electric heaters, electric hot water heaters, electric stoves, and electric grills and golf carts is prohibited. A small surcharge for air conditioning may be assessed at a later time. The abuse of electricity will result in metered electricity for those who abuse the service. Timberlake Resort staff have the right to inspect camping unit. These items are disallowed in the contract and will not be allowed. 57. Any underground water line is to be of approved material bearing the seal (N.S.F.) and a maximum pressure rating of 100 P.S.I. NO garden hose is permitted underground. NO electrical lines of any type may be buried. Any line found will be disconnected and pulled up. 58. SEWAGE DISPOSAL ON SITE IS PROHIBITED. All units must use a commercially produced vinyl/plastic holding tank. A porta-potty may not be emptied in any restroom. They must be emptied at the dumping station. Pumpout service is available at a cost of $5.00 per use. A schedule for pumping will be posted at the office and you must sign up for service by 10 a.m. on the pump days. Unless attached to a portable holding tank, YOUR SEWER OUTLET MUST BE CAPPED. A portable holding tank is available for your use at no charge. You may pick up the key at the office. Anyone disposing of sewage on any campsite will lose all membership rights and seasonal privileges and must leave the property. 59. It is up to the member to make the black water valve accessible for pumpout service. If it is not accessible due to articles in the way or crossing campsites of others, the unit will not be pumped. Members are responsible for keeping valves in good repair. Timberlake Resort is not responsible for damage to caps, valves or handles of members’ RV.

60. No livestock may be kept at the site and no permanent dog pens, runs or houses are allowed. The law requires dogs to be on a leash not longer than six (6) feet. 61. As of November 1, 1996 the TV or CB antenna may not extend more than three (3) feet above the roof of the camping unit. No antennas may be placed anywhere except on members recreational vehicle unless it is a portable satelite dish and not set in the ground permanently. Any others are not allowed and must be removed. 62. Renting, leasing, sub-letting or any commercialization of a seasonal site, whether for financial gain or favor or friendship reasons is not allowed and those persons who attempt use of the site will not be allowed access to Timberlake Resort. 63. Timberlake Resort has the right to require that an unsightly campsite be cleaned up and maintained in an acceptable condition. Failure to comply within fourteen (14) days of written notice to do so will result in Timberlake Resort making the necessary correction at a charge of $50.00 or non-renewal of seasonal site or both. 64. Awnings may not exceed the height of the camping unit nor the length of the unit. 65. No wood, aluminum or fiberglass awnings will be allowed.

66. The awning must meet state code for wind sheer and snow load. 67. Deck framing must be constructed heavy enough to sustain one hundred (100) pounds per square foot. 68. Decks must be of finished quality and be no more than 220 square feet.

69. All decks must be approved before they will be allowed to be built. No pallets are allowed to be used. 70. Make a simple drawing of shape, size, materials to be used and placement on site in regard to camping unit and other campsites. This must be done before approval can be obtained. If done without approval, you may be required to dismantle the structure. 71. Only commercially produced screen shelters with canvas or vinyl tops are permitted. No others will be allowed. Approval must be obtained before placing screen house on site. 72. Screen and porch enclosures may not exceed ten (10) feet in width. 73. No wood construction of any kind is permitted above the deck other than a railing, without the request being in writing along with a diagram. 74. No underground wiring of any kind is permitted. If buried or covered electric cords are found, they will be removed. 75. Any filling, landscaping or changing of the seasonal site for any reason must have permission in writing from Timber-lake management. Any permanent retaining walls, shrubs, cement slabs or cement patios become the property of Timberlake Resort upon vacating the site. All requests for any changes must be in wiritng along with drawing and complete explanation of changes being requested. If permission is obtained, all changes will be at site occupant’s expense and responsibility.

76. All porch enclosures require authorization from Timberlake Resort. A drawing is required showing windows, doors, and sizes of each before authorization is given. Aluminum frame is the only material permitted. Porch enclosures will not be permitted if the RV venting system opens into the enclosure. 77. Fences are not allowed due to liability reasons. Permission may be granted occasionally but requests must be in writing as to type of fence, purpose, exact location of fence in relationship to camping unit, deck and any other sites. 78. NO blue or bright green vinyl tarps are allowed. Only brown, brown/green camouflage, or grey may be used. All others must be removed. No other covering material is allowed and will be removed. Timberlake Resort cannot be held responsible for items under unapproved covering. 79. SEEPAGE PITS (seasonal only) - Each seasonal site occupant may request in writing the installation of a seepage pit. Timberlake Resort will install the pit at a charge of $40.00. This pit is for GREY WATER ONLY. Site occupant is responsible for hose no larger than one and one quarter (1 1/4”) inches to go from camping unit to pit. NO SEWAGE (black water) is ever to go into seepage pit. To do so is immediate termination of seasonal site privilege, membership, or both and expulsion from Timberlake property. 80. The size of a woodpile per seasonal site is limited to one (1) rick (4’ high x 8’ long, single piece width) and may not be covered with any covering. If found to be covered, the covering will be removed. Continued abuse will result in no further wood piles being allowed. No stack of old pallets or boards are allowed. They must be taken apart and/or cut and stacked, or removed from the campsite.

81. NOTHING (signs, placards, clothes lines, etc) may be nailed or permanently affixed to any trees. 82. Timberlake Resort electrical pedestals deliver 30 amp. service and are the property of Timberlake Resort. Any attempt to move, turn, or change them in any way will not be tolerated and anyone attempting to move, turn, convert or do anything to change any location, angle, amperage or plugs will be denied use of all campsites.

Timberlake Resort has the right to make changes, additions or deletions as necessary or as circumstances require.
