                           VICE PRESIDENT FOR EDUCATION

Todd Mark joined Consumer Credit Counseling Services of Greater Dallas, Inc. (CCCS Dallas)
in November 2007 as vice president of education. He previously served in the education and
public relations departments at CCCS of Atlanta for seven years.

As vice president of education, Mark is responsible for the development of financial wellness
presentations and seminars, publications and presentation workbooks, as well as a number of
other activities to educate the public on personal finances issues. In addition to managing the
education department, Mark also serves as a CCCS Dallas spokesperson and is available to
comment on a variety of personal finance issues and trends.

While at CCCS Atlanta, he was a regular guest for three years on CNN’s “Dollar Signs,” and
also appeared frequently on “Headline News.” Prior to his work at CCCS Atlanta, Mark served
for five years as a producer with the “Clark Howard Show,” a nationally syndicated consumer
talk show that focuses on educating and empowering consumers. He also served eight years as a
pre-game emcee for the Atlanta Braves. He appears weekly on KSL radio in Salt Lake City and
as a fill-in host on New/Talk 750 WSB-AM Radio in Atlanta.

Mark holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University. He is a certified credit and housing
counselor through the National Foundation for Credit Counseling.
