UNIFORM SWAP AND SCHOOL LIBRARY SURPLUS SALE
May 21st & 22nd in the Library
The annual Uniform Exchange will take place from 8:00-10:00 am and 2:00-4:00 pm on 5/21 & 5/22. You may have uniform items that are now too small for your children. Bring them in and exchange them for items that will fit next year! You’ll receive a $5 credit for every item you bring in and every item you take is just $5. Please turn in uniforms in a bag with your name on it to the Primary Office by Mon., 5/19. Uniforms must be free of holes, tears or stains. The library will also be selling its surplus books during the Uniform Exchange. Proceeds will go towards new titles for the library.

May 30 & 31, 8:00 am—2:00 pm in the FFCS Multi-Purpose Room. Please start saving your GENTLY used items. Items can be dropped off May 27, 28 & 29th at the Art Room in the Primary Building. Questions? Please call Ramona in the Intermediate Office.
Volunteers Needed
We are currently looking for parents interested in working the Uniform Swap and School Library Surplus Sale as follows: ♦ ♦ May 20th: 1:00 to 3:00 pm (set-up only) May 21st & May 22nd: 8:00 to 10:00 am and 2:00 to 4:00 pm
Please call Jenny in the Primary Office if interested. This is a great way to get in your last minute volunteer hours for the school year.

hours need to be written down on your index card in the Intermediate Office. Volunteer time not fulfilled or recorded on the index card will be invoiced the end of May.
ATTATCHMENTS: SCRIP ORDER FORM * SUMMER CAMP FORMS
Our LAST scrip order will go in on Tuesday, May 20th. Orders need to be prepaid and in the office prior to 9:30 AM. Scrip orders will be sent home with your child on Thursday, May 22nd.
Scrip forms are updated periodically. Please use the attached form as we keep them current.
Scrip Summer Order Dates ♦ Order in the office by July 7, pick up on July 11. ♦ Order in the office by August 4, pick up on August 8. Don’t forget that we have Land’s End cards available to use on your school uniform orders.

Students may wear casual clothes rather than their uniforms the last two days of school, May 21st & 22nd. Please be sure your child is dressed appropriately on these days. Tank tops, halter tops, short-shorts, short skirts and other revealing clothing items are not appropriate for non-uniform days. Appropriate logos, symbols or words on clothing are acceptable. All clothing on non-uniform days is subject to the approval of administration and teachers.
♦ Library books need to be turned in before the end of school. Parents will be sent an invoice for any missing books and report cards will not be mailed out until these fees are paid. ♦ Lost & Found in the Primary Building is full again. Any items left in the Lost & Found on May 22 will be donated to the 8th Grade Rummage Sale. ♦
Information and sign up forms are available in either office. Language, Math and Reading are available for 1st—3rd grades.

Math and a combo Reading/Language are available for 4th—11th grades. Cost is $165 per session and is not limited to FFCS students.

If your child has medications at school, you must pick it up in the Primary Office on the last day of school. Students are not allowed to transport medications. If medications are not picked up, they will be disposed of during the summer break. Thank you, Mrs. Cundiff
SUMMER INFORMATION
Summer notes will be posted online at www.ffcs.org mid-July with school supply lists & other information! Yearbooks will be delivered in the summer and pickup days will be posted online. Autograph pages will be handed out to students next week.
Firm Foundation Flyers Equestrian Team members Estella Sawyer, Emily Mayer, Katie Andone, Larissa Marini and Gabrielle Smith have earned their letter and will compete at the State meet this weekend in Wenatchee. They will be competing against students from all four district within the state of Washington in Team Birangle, Figure 8, Driving, Barrel Racing and Team Canadian Flags. We wish them the best of luck!
