Requirements to Become a Doctor
The schooling you need to become a doctor: It takes at least 11 years of schooling and a lot of training. 4 years of college 4 years of medical school At least 3 years of working in a hospital May take up to 8 years before you can run you own practice You should have an early stat on becoming a doctor. During high school you should start to prepare by taking lots of math and science classes Some important classes you need to take during high school are: Biology Chemistry Physics Algebra Geometry Trigonometry Calculus During college you should keep up on your studies. Some important classes to take are: Organic Inorganic chemistry Math English Humanities and social science are important classes to also take. In your first two years of Medical School some important classes to focus on are science courses. You will also learn medical history, examine patients, and diagnose illnesses. In your last years at medical school you will work with patients under supervision of experienced doctors.
