					Pumpkin Pie Bars You Will Need:            ½ cup light butter 1/2 cup dark brown sugar 1 cup whole wheat flour ½ cup rolled oats 2 eggs ¾ cup spoonable sugar substitute 15 ounces canned pumpkin 12 ounces evaporated milk, fat free ¼ teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

Directions: Prep time- 10- minutes Cook time – 33 minutes  Preheat to 350 degrees.  In a large bowl, stir the butter and brown sugar. Mix in flour, fold in oats and press into a 9 by 13 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.  Bake in preheated oven 15 minutes, until set.  In a large bowl, beat eggs with sugar. Beat in pumpkin and milk. Mix in salt and pumpkin pie spice. Pour over baked crust.  Bake for 18 minutes, until set. Let cool before cutting into squares.
