GROUND REGULATIONS

1. All persons entering this ground are admitted only subject to their acceptance of ground regulations and the rules and regulations of the Rugby Football Union. Entry to the ground will constitute unqualified acceptance of these rules and regulations. 2. Northampton Rugby Football Club Limited reserve the right of admission to the ground. 3. Play cannot be guaranteed to take place on any particular day or time and the company reserves the right to change its advertised fixtures without prior notice and without liability. 4. No refunds will be made in respect of tickets sold and paid for in advance of a match where such a match is postponed. 5. Northampton Rugby Football Club Limited reserve the right to refuse admission or eject from the ground any person who refuses to be searched by any club official or police officer. 6. Fireworks, flares, smoke canisters, knives, air-horns, weapons, dangerous or hazardous items, laser devices, bottles, glass vessels, cans, large flags or poles and any other article that might be used as a weapon and/or compromise public safety are not permitted in the ground Any person in possession of such items may be refused entry or ejected from the ground. 7. The throwing of an object in the ground is forbidden. 8. The use of foul and abusive language, obscene chanting or racial abuse towards any person is strictly forbidden. 9. Any person found to be drunk, or using violent or threatening behaviour towards any person may be refused entry or ejected from the ground. 10. Unauthorised persons are not allowed on the field of play or surrounding areas unless advised to do so in an emergency. 11. The obstructions of gangways, access ways, exits and entrances and stairways and like places at all times, and the standing in seated areas whilst play is in progress is strictly forbidden. Any person who persistently contravenes this regulation will be ejected from the ground. 12. The climbing of floodlight pylons or other structures is forbidden. 13. Unnecessary noise such as that from the use of radio sets and behaviour likely to cause confusion or nuisance is not permitted in any part of the ground.

14. The consumption of alcohol is permitted only in places authorised in accordance with the local licensing laws. 15. The moving from one area of the ground to another without the permission of a steward, Police Officer, or other authorised agent of the club is strictly forbidden. 16. Any person attempting to gain admission to,or being found within a section of the ground without the appropriate authorisation may be ejected from the ground. 17. No recording for radio, television or for private purposes, whether for transmission or otherwise is permitted save with a special authorisation, in writing, by the club management. 18. Only persons authorised by the company are permitted to distribute newspapers, periodicals or other articles. 19. Any person found damaging or defacing the property of Northampton Rugby Football Club Limited will be prosecuted. 20. Persons failing to comply with an instruction from a steward or other authorised official may be ejected from the ground. 21. All children must have an admission ticket. Children and other persons under the height of 1.2 metres are not permitted in the terracing areas. 22. Smoking is not permitted in the ground other than in designated areas. Any person failing to comply with this regulation may be ejected from the ground. 23. Northampton Rugby Football Club Limited reserve the right to remove from the ground any person who does not comply with these ground regulations and the rules and regulations of the Rugby Football Union or whose presence in the ground is or could reasonably be construed as contributing a source of danger or nuisance to any other person.
