MCHS FOOTBALL FEE INFORMATION SHEET
All fees received go straight to our football program. These fees are a necessary part of our daily operations in order to provide the best support system for each and every player. Our goal is to help players to achieve their goals, both on and off the football field. Thank you for your support.

2009 FOOTBALL FEES Description Spring/Summer Player Pack See last page for details of the package and sizes Player fees: includes Coaching Stipends, Equipment Maintenance, Practice Jerseys, New Home and Away Jerseys, Game Day Shirt, Team Dinners, EOY Player Banquet SOS Tickets ( 3 @ 15) - Buick Golf Invitational at Torrey Pines in Feb 2010. We ask that each family buy 3 tickets. This is our major fundraiser. 100% goes back to MCHS, 70% to Football and 30% to Athletic Foundation. Makes great Holiday gift for golfing enthusiast, and Tiger will be back next year!

Player Dedication: A fun way to support your player. For $25 you supply a line of text to tell your player how proud you are of him or just a fun message of support. Your message will be displayed in his own Football Helmet in all five home game programs. Makes a great memento for scrapbooks!

Football Booster Club Family Membership Fee: For $10, we ask that each family join our Football Booster club, and receive a membership card. The Booster Club is our parent organization that is the support system to our coaching staff. Golden Booster Club: Please see Page 4 for detailed information. Donation to Football Program: Funds will go directly to our Football Foundation account and will be used to support our players and coaches. Your generosity is appreciated, and it is tax deductible! Refund Policy - The amount of $100 is non-refundable. If your son makes a decision to not play on the football team then (1)
please notify the head coach and booster president before the first scheduled game and (2) max amount of $20 for Freshmen and $100 for JV and Varsity to be refunded, depends on payment status. No refund (at all) to be given after the first scheduled game is played. Please note fees for player packs, SOS Tickets, player dedications and Booster memberships are considered non-refundable items.
