becomes softened or worn, and the kneecap consequently fails to move smoothly over the joint as it
meant to. It is one of the most well known of knee ache causes.
5.) Bursitis: This condition occurs when the bursae (small fluid filled sacks) that protect the knee joint at
various points where the muscles and tendons move over the bone become inflamed. The
inflammation can occur from overuse, injury or even infection, and cause pain problems.
6.) Synovitis: This condition, which is an inflammation of the lining of the joint, in not as common as the
other knee pain causes, but carries the same symptoms of achiness.
