    - To give an opportunity to
      Rotarians, Clubs and Districts
      throughout the world to make their
      feelings known on how Rotary
      International and The Rotary
      Foundation are operating, and
      what, if any, changes should be
      made to those operations.

n   Overall motion failed – 170-345

    cited what happened in our district.

n   Lot of discussion on this. Many
    thought this would eliminate the
    ROTARIAN Magazine altogether.

    • Some delegates like to hear
      themselves talk
    • Very little lobbying
    • First term vs. Repeat Attendees
