Following are the blood reports of 3 patients, whose clinical summary are as follows:

However the common presentation in all of them was
ANEMIA

42 years old female, reported to Med OPD with general weakness, fatigue and mild breathlessness. She had mild jaundice and splenomegaly 26 years old male watch repairer, used to take analgesics frequently for his headache, reported to OPD with fatigue breathlessness and lassitude of 6 months duration. He had a few purpuric spots over the upper limbs and abdomen. Systemic examination revealed no abnormality. 36 years old agriculturist presented with history of general weakness, lethargy and breathlessness on exertion of 3-4 months. He had platynychia and koilonychias in two fingers.
