One of the reasons our scout troop is successful, is that so many give so freely of their time. The troop needs one adult from every family to help with ALL of the following activities in the coming year. Sand new Bus – pick one shift ___ 8a-Noon Sat Sep 10 ___ Noon – 4p Sun Sep 11 (prep bus for new coat of paint) ___ 1 PM – 5 PM Sat Sep 11 Scouting for food. Signup in October for one of two Saturdays Drive scouts to deliver door hangers - Sat Nov 12 Drive scouts to pickup food Sat Nov 19 Flower Sale -- Signup in March – Help scouts deliver flyers door to door – Work one night at setup, either Wed, Thurs, or Friday – Work 2 shifts during the sale (last weekend of April) Picnic Parking – 2nd weekend in July – signup in June Camping Trips – the troop needs at least one adult from every family to attend at least one campout. Circle at least one you would like to attend: Sep 9-11 Koch Dec 30 – All night Mar 31 – Apr 2 – Camporee Area Skiing Scout O Rama and Campout area camping Oct – Patrol Jan 20-22 Klondike May 12 – 13 Canoe Campouts Derby and one night camping Nov 3-5 Feb 17-19 Ft Knox / Jun 25 – Jul 1 Backpacking Red Camp Tecumsah Summer - Camp River Gorge Camp Crooked Creek Mar – Patrol Aug 18 – 20 Flaget Campouts Trail We need drivers to help the troop return home on Sunday September 11. ___ I can pickup scouts from camp on Sunday September 11 The troop has a variety of areas where we need help – each with different level of time commitments. Some of these positions are currently filled, but each of these individuals would welcome your help. Please indicate your interest: Advancement Coordinate Board of Reviews Paul Koprucki ___ I would like to help Participate in Board of review – 1 to 2 times per month, during troop meetings – Barbara Conkin, Scott Howard, need 4 more _____________________________ Enter advancement into troop database Alan Huelsman Purchase awards at Scout Shop – one time per quarter open __________________ Flower sale committee – multiple positions available.
