Online PR News – 15-November-2013 – One More Page Books, an independent, neighborhood-oriented
bookstore, announces holiday shopping events and author visits in November and December 2013. All
events are open to the public and admission is free.

One More Page participates in the Little City Shop Hop, Friday, November 15th – Sunday, November 17th, a
new local venture with area businesses to attract holiday shoppers.

On Saturday, November 16th at 5:30 pm, Nathan Kotecki discusses and signs “Pull Down the Night,” the
much-anticipated sequel to "The Suburban Strange."

Tom Hone visits the store on Monday, November 18th at 7 pm to discuss "The Battle of Midway: The Naval
Institute Guide to the U.S. Navy's Greatest Victory."

On Wednesday, November 20th at 7 pm, award-winning author Donna Andrews discusses and signs the
latest release in her Meg Langslow mystery series, “Duck the Halls.”

On Saturday, November 23rd at 4:30 pm, One More Page participates in Tellabration, a special storytelling
celebration produced by Voices in the Glen to create a worldwide network of storytelling enthusiasts bonded
together in spirit. Four local and accomplished storytellers will read to families and children.

On Saturday, November 30th, One More Page Books participates in the fourth annual Small Business
Saturday, a national effort to celebrate the Shop Small movement and encourage shoppers to visit their local
retailers. One More Page customers will enjoy special offers throughout the day.

On Monday, December 2nd at 7 pm, Alan J. Cook shares from "How to Have Your Best Christmas Ever: 10
Keys to Make It All Happen.”

One More Page hosts a holiday wine and chocolate tasting with Kingsbury Chocolates and Convections on
Friday, December 6th at 7 pm.

On Thursday, December 12th at 7 pm, One More Page co-hosts the second Shut Up and Write Young Adult
Writers Panel at Arlington Central Library, located at 1015 N. Quincy Street, Arlington, VA 22201. This event
will be moderated by Jon Skovron and features YA writers Elisa Nader, author of “Escape from Eden”; Jeri
Smith-Ready, author of the Shade series; and Cristin Terrill, whose debut, “All Our Yesterdays,” is a staff

The One More Page Mystery & Suspense Book Club meets on Tuesday, November 19th at 7 pm to talk
about "Murder in the Marais" by Cara Black and on December 17th at 7 pm. The Spiritual & Philosophical
Book Group meets on Tuesday, November 26th at 7 pm to discuss “Persepolis 2: The Story of a Return” by
Marjane Satrapand. The One More Page Fiction Book Club meets on Tuesday, December 3rd at 7 pm to talk
about “The Round House” by Louise Erdrich. The Nonfiction Book Club discusses “Let’s Go to the Dogs
Tonight” by Alexandra Fuller on Monday, December 9th. The Daytime Book Club discusses “Everything Was
Goodbye” by Gurjinder Basran on Friday, December 13th at 11 am.
