FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS DIVISION:
I’m filing a complaint against Alicia Scott, branch manager of Nevada State Bank in Wells, Nevada. This letter will serve as an attachment and continuation of that complaint.
►I WANT ALICIA SCOTT INVESTIGATED AND FIRED FOR RELEASING ELLEN BERRY’S CONFIDENTIAL ACCOUNT INFORMATION.
Yesterday Scott sent Janita Jensen of Nevada Aging & Disibility to our house to question my Mom, Ellen Berry, about certain “concerns” expressed by an anonymous (of course) caller. These “concerns” involved purchases of alcoholic beverages which appear on Mom’s bank account.
How would Jensen know about these? MOM’S BANK TRANSACTIONS ARE CONFIDENTIAL – IT TAKES A COURT ORDER TO ACCESS THEM.
Scott has to be the instigator of all this since s/he’s the only “person” I’ve dealt with recently at NSB (Nevada State Bank). I apparently ruffled “her” feathers when she called the house asking to speak to Ellen but I told her it was against Berry Family policy. In return for her refusing to speak to me about Mom’s account because I’m not a signer on the account. (Only a female can be that petty and vindictive and get away with it.)
Is Janita Jensen a signer? How is it Scott can speak to Jensen about Mom’s account but not to me, Ellen’s son? The son who left a fabulous job AT WELLS FARGO BANK to help out my Mom who wants to live our her remaining years in the house where she raised her kids.
DID YOU CATCH THAT? I WORKED AT WELLS FARGO BANK FOR YEARS – I KNOW BANKING POLICIES AND REGULATIONS.
