Last year’s charity event was a tremendous success, and we’re doing it again - bigger and better!
New Dimensions is proud to announce the date and location for the 12th Annual Charity
European Auto Show. This year’s show is scheduled for Sunday, May 23, 2004 at the Twin
Creeks Sports Complex. This charity event supporting the Second Harvest Food Bank is one of
the largest European car shows in North America.                We are expecting crowds of
VW/Audi/BMW/Mini enthusiasts from all over North America. In the past there have been car-
show participants from as far away as Illinois, Arizona, Texas and Canada! Watch for caravans
of European cars driving across the US.

Thank you for your interest in becoming a sponsor or vendor. As detailed below, several
sponsorship packages have been created which are designed to meet your company needs and
fit your advertising budget. Each package is a great tool to effectively advertise and promote your
products and/or services or organization.

If you cannot take advantage of a sponsorship package, you may chose to become one of our
valued vendors. By hosting a booth at this year’s show, you are increasing the probability of this
large captive audience buying or becoming aware of your products and/or services. The target
audience for this event is the 18 to 45 age group, approximately 65% of which are male. Each
year there has been an increase in female and family attendance.

Even if you are unable to attend the event or support the event with a booth, please consider
sponsoring the show by selecting one or more of the special sponsorships. Each of these
methods will enable you to target your market successfully! Attendees take notice of companies
who choose to sponsor, especially those companies presenting prizes!

The Twin Creeks Sports Complex proved to be an excellent venue for last year’s event. This
venue provides an excellent layout for booth locations. You have the opportunity to have one half
of a softball diamond for your exhibit, a space along Vendor Alley, a park-like setting, which is the
first thing attendees pass when entering the show grounds or other high traffic locations!

           12th Annual New Dimensions Charity Auto Show May 23rd

New Dimensions is proud to announce the 12th Annual Charity Auto Show to be held on May
23rd, 2004, at the Twin Creeks Sports Complex in Sunnyvale, CA. The goal of this event is to
support the well known and respected “Second Harvest Food Bank” charity organization.

This year’s event once again promises to be the premier west coast event for European vehicles
from all over the USA and Canada. In addition to VW, Audi and Mini; BMW automobiles have
been invited to participate this year.

Over 300 show cars will be displayed over four giant softball fields, with more than 25
vendor/sponsor booths on the softball diamonds and surrounding areas,

This event will be fun for the entire family, with Car Show Judging, Exhibits and Displays, Prizes,
Seminars, and a Children’s play area!

The general admission fee is $10 with 5 cans of food or $15 without. The car show participant
fee is $35 if paid in advance or $50 at the gate. Don’t forget to support the charity and bring your

Auto Show, their name will be added to this press release. This press release will be

Charity Auto Show Vendor Information Packet

This information packet is being made available to companies interested in a great opportunity to
present and promote their products to a captive audience. This audience will number at least
2,000 and possibly as many as 5,000 automotive enthusiasts. This is the ‘Premier Event’ of its
kind on the West Coast. At the same time, you will be supporting an excellent charity, the
Second Harvest Food Bank.

To further enhance your company’s image and highlight your products, several levels of
sponsorships are available. These sponsorships provide additional exposure through the
utilization of various promotional vehicles associated with the presentation of the show. These
sponsorships help defer the operational and promotional expenses of the show, in order to better
benefit the Second Harvest Food Bank charity. However, a sponsorship is not required to be a
vendor at this show.

There are four levels of major sponsorships; Platinum (reserved for the show’s Title Sponsor),
Gold, Silver, and Bronze.

For those companies with limited resources, in lieu of or in addition to a vendor booth space,
there are also opportunities to enhance your exposure to this audience through one of several
additional specialized sponsorships.

These additional sponsorships are: Trophy Sponsorship, Pre-Show BBQ Sponsorship, Child Fun
Area Sponsorship, Raffle Sponsorship, Advertising Sponsorship, Door Prize Sponsorship,
Specialized Trophy Sponsorship and Tote Bag Sponsorship.

All sponsorships are on a first come, first served basis. Be sure to secure your sponsorship

MAJOR SPONSORSHIPS:
Following is a description of each major sponsorship level.       Also, a comparison of these
sponsorship levels is included at the end of this packet.

PLATINUM SPONSORSHIP @ $5,000 (RESERVED)
The Platinum Sponsorship is the ultimate advertising and promotional opportunity of the
CharityAutoShow and will provide your company the exclusive ‘TITLE’ Sponsorship position for
this event. This position is being offered to only one company. This package includes:

The Bronze Sponsorship is the CharityAutoShows’ most affordable sponsorship level and is also
a great advertising and promotional opportunity. This package includes:
           One quarter page (4.75”x1.875”) Ad in the “Show Program”
           Your LOGO on the “Show T-Shirt” (3.25”x.75” or 2”x1.5”) see note 1
           Your LOGO on the “CharityAutoShows’ Website” for one year, see note 3
           Unlimited placement of your company banners at the show venue
           A booth space of 10’x20’
           A maximum of one car in your area
           One table will be provided

SPECIAL SPONSORSHIPS:
Special Sponsorships are available to anyone who wishes to participate. Sponsors, vendors and
non-vendors are all welcome. Following is a description of these special sponsorships.

TROPHY SPONSORSHIP @ $1000 (only one available)
The Trophy Sponsorship is an excellent long-term advertising opportunity. Your company name
will be prominently displayed on each trophy (with the exception of the inaugural perpetual
trophy). Trophies are awarded for each class of car, as well as a People’s Choice and a Best of
Show. These trophies are displayed throughout the year by winners when they attend other car
shows. In addition to your name on the trophies, an ad will be included in the Show Program and
your logo will be included on the Show T-Shirt and on the CharityAutoShows’ website, all at the
same level as the Silver Sponsorship. Also as the sponsor for this event, you will be able to
display two banners on the stage.

PRE-SHOW BBQ SPONSORSHIP @ $1000 (only one available)
The Pre-Show BBQ Sponsorship will afford an opportunity to present your company to many
show-goers on the day before the show. The BBQ will be Saturday, May 22nd at the New
Dimensions facility beginning at 12pm. As the sponsor for this event, you will be able to display
an unlimited number of banners at the BBQ venue. In addition, an ad will be included in the
Show Program and your logo will be included on the Show T-Shirt and on the CharityAutoShows’
website, at the same level as the Silver Sponsorship.

CHILD FUN AREA SPONSORSHIP @ $500 (only one available)
The CharityAutoShow is a family oriented event. Many bring their children for this all day event.
In addition to the existing play area at Twin Creeks, an always-popular blowup jumper will be
available. This is an excellent opportunity to show these potential customers that you support
family values. You will be able to display four banners of whatever size you desire at the
children’s play area. In addition, an ad will be included in the Show Program and your logo will be
included on the Show T-Shirt and on the CharityAutoShows’ website, at the same level as the
Bronze Sponsorship.

RAFFLE SPONSORSHIPS @ $250 (Or a product of equivalent value)
The Raffle Sponsorship affords companies the opportunity to reinforce their company’s image,
even for companies who cannot attend this great event. Your company name and biography will
be announced as the donator of the prize during that particular drawing. Your company name will
also be announced along with the names of all the donor companies at the beginning and end of
the day’s raffle prize drawings. Also, your logo will be included in the show program and on the
CharityAutoShows’ website.

ADVERTISING SPONSORSHIP @ $250
The Advertising Sponsorship affords companies who cannot attend this great event, the
opportunity to include their ad in the Show Program, which is given to every show attendee. This
is also an opportunity for any company to enhance their image through a print ad. You will
receive a quarter page (4.75”x1.875”) Ad in the Show Program, a 30 second company Ad
announcement once during the show, and your logo will be included on the CharityAutoShows’
website.
DOOR PRIZE SPONSORSHIPS @ $25-$150 (Or a product of equivalent value)
The Door Prize Sponsorship also affords companies the opportunity to reinforce their company’s
image, even for companies who cannot attend this great event. Your company name will be
announced as the donator of the prize during that particular drawing. Also, your logo will be
included on the CharityAutoShows’ website.

SPECIAL TROPHY SPONSORSHIP @ $100
This is an opportunity for companies with specialized interests to present a trophy in their name,
such as a body or paint shop presenting a trophy for ‘Best Paint’, etc. Your logo will be included
in the show program and on the CharityAutoShows’ website.

TOTE BAG SPONSORSHIP @ NO COST
The Tote Bag Sponsorship is an opportunity for any company to provide promotional items (such
as pens, key fobs, flyers, discount coupons, etc.), which will be included in the tote bag given to
everyone who registers to have their car judged.

VENDOR BOOTH SPACE (without Sponsorship) @ $300/$450/$600/$750
A vendor booth space is an opportunity for companies who choose not to become a sponsor to
still avail themselves of the opportunity to market their products to a large captive audience,
whether or not the products are automotive related. Unlimited company banners will be allowed
at your booth and your logo will be included in the show program and on the CharityAutoShows’
website.

                 ATTENTION SPONSORS AND VENDORS
INFORMATION REGARDING “TUNER CLASS”:
There are new rules regarding this class for 2004. These rules apply to sponsors/vendors as well
as to show participants. These new rules may or may not affect you. These rules only apply if
you have company vehicles in your exhibit, or have invited customer vehicles as part of your
company exhibit, whether the vehicle is in your booth or in the show judging area. If you are
arranging to have customer vehicles in your exhibit, we recommend you make them fully aware of
these rules.

“Tuner Class” cars can only be displayed in either one of two locations.
1) In a booth: A vendor with a vehicle which is entered into the show to be judged, must select
the “Tuner Class” category. No vehicle registered in any "model type" category (such as model
class Mk3 Golf, Mk2 Scirocco, etc) will be allowed to park in any vendor/sponsor booth/display
area.

2) In the “Tuner Class” parking area: Anyone registering a vehicle which they determine to be
in the “Tuner Class” category must park in the Tuner Class parking area, unless it is in a vendor
booth as described in # 1 above.

The “Tuner Class” selection is designed for those who are affiliated with a business in the
VW/Audi/BMW/Mini industry and are registering a car to be judged. This class is being offered so
that these cars will have their own class of competition, in an effort to provide the “fairest” judging
possible between individuals and companies. 1st, 2nd and 3rd place Tuner trophies will be
awarded.

We strongly encourage you to enter your car into this class if you are sponsored or are
associated with a VW/Audi/BMW/Mini business, a dealer or a distributor. If you are already pre-
registered and would like to switch to this class, please send notification via email to:

                 IMPORTANT GENERAL INFORMATION:
Your booth space location will be determined once we have completed our show layout plan. You
will be provided this plan prior to the show date. This should speed set-up. Set-up is Sunday
morning May 23rd from 7:00am to 9:00am (show hours are 10am to 4pm with awards
presentation from 4pm to 5pm) and tear down is 4:00pm. Vendors may provide their own chairs,
tables and/or canopies. Sponsors who require more chairs and tables than provided with their
level of sponsorship or require a canopy may also rent these items. If you wish to rent any of
these items, please include them on your show reservation sheet. All rental items must be paid in
advance with the vendor booth space or sponsorship.

It may be hot this year, so canopies for your booth may be desirable. Please note, you must
utilize a weight bag method of securing tents or canopies (Twin Creeks prohibits the use of
stakes).

If your booth design incorporates a large display, a large vehicle, or semi-truck, please contact
us. The Twin Creeks facility has very limited appropriate space for these vehicles, and special
accommodations will be required.

Each member of your staff will require a show entrance ticket. If you plan to have more personnel
than your sponsorship package includes, additional tickets must be purchased. You will be able
to purchase tickets at the New Dimensions’ facility approximately one week prior to the show.
Tickets will also be available at the main gate; however, we request that you obtain your tickets
prior the morning of the show to minimize delays in entry and set-up.

Due to the anticipated volume of vendor applications, submission of a completed vendor packet
does not gaurantee acceptance into the show. All vendor applications will be reviewed, case by
case, with vendors being selected based on space available and show needs.

It is recommended that all vendors consult the Santa Clara County Tax authority for sales tax
collection information. CharityAutoShows or New Dimensions will not be liable for any sales
taxes not collected.
