find. The rest of the collection will go to the Family Resource Center during Winter Break.
By the way, you may donate any clothing to the Family Resource Center, especially dress
code clothes your student outgrows. If you know of a family that has a student who needs
a jacket for winter, let the office know. They will call the student to the office discreetly and
let them choose a jacket in our donation collection. 527-5500.

THURSDAYS ARE REALLY COOL AT MIDDLE SCHOOL BUT – IT’S NOT A GREAT DAY
TO GET YOUR CHILD OUT OF CLASS!!
Thursdays after 1:00 pm will be used as a time of enrichment for students who need help
on a particular concept. Students who don’t need tutoring that week can go to a pathways

check-out your son or daughter for an appointment, please allow 10-15 minutes extra time
when requesting them!!

We can’t deliver all the lanyards parents bring in to the students who forget them! Please
help your student learn to be responsible for their lanyards. By the time you bring it in for
them, they already have ETL.

CALL THE ATTENDANCE OFFICE WHEN YOUR STUDENT IS ABSENT!!
You must call Jan at 527-5510 when your student is absent. Leave a detailed message that
explains the absence. Also include if your student has a fever or contagious symptoms. If
your student is already on campus and needs to leave, you must come into the attendance
office to sign them out. If you are going to be gone for more than 10 days, a petition must
be filed with the attendance office.
