					               WINNER vs. LOSER

      The winner is a part of the answer;
   The loser is always a part of the problem.

            The winner always has a plan;
             The loser always has excuse.

     The winner says “ let me do it for you”;
       The loser says “ that’s not my job”.

 The winner sees an answer in every problem;
  The loser sees a problem in every answer.

 The winner sees green near every sand trap;
 The loser sees a sandtrap near every green.

  The winner says “it may be difficult but it’s
                    possible”;
   The loser says “it may be possible but it’s
                    difficult”.

                  7 BASIC RULES
              TOWARDS ACQUIRING
               A POSITIVE ATTITUDE
1. Treat every person with whom you come
      into contact as the most important person
      on earth.

2. If your attitude is not right, nothing else is
      right and you have to lose even before you
      start.

3. The human mind can hold only one
      thought at a time prominently since there is
      nothing to be gained by being negative,
      being positive.

4. The deepest craving of human beings is to
      be needed, to feel important, to be
      appreciated. Give it to them and they will
      return it to you.

5. You can learn something from everybody.

6. Don’t waste your time broadcasting your
      personal problems.

7. Do not talk about your health unless it is
      good.

          Positive Thinking Pay….

A blind person once said: “I thought when I lost

my sight I would be doomed to unhappiness.

Now I have discovered that I am happier

without my sight. Most of my unhappy thoughts

came in through my eyes—I saw handsome

faces of other people and was dissatisfied with

my own looks. Most joy producing thoughts

come into people’s minds in the dark anyway.

Don’t you close your eyes when you pray?”

This blind person has learnt to paint without

eyesight. You are not handicapped until you

think you are.

             There is no indispensable man

Sometime when you are feeling important;
Sometime when your ego’s in bloom
Sometime when you take it for granted
You are the best qualifying in the room,
Sometime when you feeling that your going
Would leave an unfillable hole,
Just follow these simple instructions
And see how they humble your soul:
Take a bucket and fill it with water,
Put you hand in it up to wrist,
Pull it out and the hole that’s remaining,
Is a measure of how you will be missed.
You can splash your wish when you enter,
You may stir up the water galore,
But stop and you’ll find that in no time,
It looks quite the same as before,
The moral of this quaint example
Is do just the best that you can,
Be proud of your self but remember,
There is no indispensable man

   DON’T MAKE BEST THE
    ENEMY OF BETTER
Many times it so happens that we forget the
“better” in our quest for the “best”. If we
implement “better”, in nine out of 10 cases it
would lead us to “still better”. Why go far for an
example if you are married person? Think of
your spouse. Is he or she the best person as you
had desire before getting married? Yes? May
be you think so now. Good for your marital bliss.
But, be sure. Didn’t you make some
compromise somewhere in the looks, habits or
professional? Now, had you waited for getting
the “best” spouse, you would have definitely
remained unmarried throughout your life.

Remember: GOOD, BETTER, BEST.

Always start with a GOOD and implement it.
And try to improve it to do BETTER and still
better. Make it an on-going process for doing
the BEST.

                     S.W.O.T
  (Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats)

SWOT is a good management tool for a
manager, like a thermometer and a
stethoscope is for a doctor! Needs at objective
mind and a good genuine friend who can help
you do your SWOT analysis quarterly. And, the
key to success is knowing of yourself.

Strengths enable you to put your best foot
forward.

Weakness who does not have them? Only
when you recognize them you can do
something to correct them.

Opportunities are aplenty – even in adversity.
Only, one has to evaluate them for what they
are.

Threats a like ticking time bomb; defuse them
by anticipating and taking preventive actions.
