92nd NATIONAL ORANGE SHOW FESTIVAL San Bernardino – May 17, 2007 — The National Orange Show Festival, sponsored by the NOS Events Center, will be holding its annual Festival on Thursday, May 24 through Monday, May 28, 2007, at the NOS Events Center. The National Orange Show Festival has been entertaining Southern Californians since 1911 and this year’s will be packed with excitement. One of our highlights of the festival will be the “Walking with Lions Show”, a chance for all guests to experience the “king of the jungle” live and up close. As always, attendees will find a carnival, lots of music, featuring country, rock and Christian bands performing on the band stage adjacent to the beer tent. Our art pavilion will showcase this year’s art entries in the Valencia Room and our gold medal wines will be available for tasting in the Citrus patio located between the Valencia and the Renaissance Room. Over Memorial Day Weekend, the National Orange Show Festival will be the place to be. Opening Day is Thursday, May 24 and it runs through Monday, May 28. Thursday, Opening night, is Country night presented by NIXACOUNTRY.com. Whether you’re a little bit country or little bit rock n’ roll, you won’t want to miss the high energy on the band stage adjacent to the beer tent. Live action from 4:30 pm to 10:00pm. INDIE Country Music Artist BECCA will open for Thunder Road at 8pm. Friday from 4pm – 10pm X103.9 takes control over the band stage featuring: Inhale at 4:20, Anger is a Gift (Rage against the machine cover band) at 5:35, Unstable at 6:50, Idasas at 8:00, and Bouree at 9:10. Quarter Midget racing takes to the track in the stadium at 6:00pm. Come early and meet the drivers. Exhibition starts at 7pm. This event is free to all fairgoers. Saturday, gates open at 11am and close at 10pm. Saturday is packed with funfilled family entertainment. Spiderman show will take place in the Orange Pavilion at

1pm and 5:30pm. Our annual festival parade will start at 2:30pm. Racing action, “A Salute To Our Troops”, gates open at 5pm with racing at 6:30pm. Admission to the Speedway is free, compliments of the Matich Corporation, for all paid fair admissions. The night’s great racing at the ASA sanctioned track will include exciting action from the BSR West Late Models, Leno’s Rico Taco Legends and ASA Stock Ponies, culminating with ‘edge of your seat’ excitement with the Lucas Oil Outlaw Figure 8s, Demolition Derby and Fireworks. Sunday’s entertainment has been burning rubber and making dust for several weeks at the Orange Show Speedway. Drifting Demonstrations will be in the stadium from 1pm – 9pm. All Day Wristbands are available for $5.00. At 5pm Tandem Drifting Competition will take center track. Ezequiel Peña, Paquita La Del Barrio & Ramon Ayala take center stage on Monday in the Orange Show Speedway in conjunction with a rodeo, Doors open at Noon. Tickets are available at Cardenas Markets, Ritmo Latino, NOS Events Center administration building, Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pm and www.ticketweb.com. Concert tickets are $40 (kids 5 and under are free with a paying adult). Concert ticket includes admission to the festival. Always known as one of the most affordable ways to entertain a family, this year is no different. On Thursday, admission is free for all guests co-sponsored by The Sun. Friday through Monday, admission is only $8 for adults (13 and older) and $5 for children 6 to 12. Kids 5 and under are free all weekend. Members of the military are $5 all weekend, with I.D. Carnival wristbands are just $15, allowing guests to ride all day long. Be one of the first 2,000 in attendance on Saturday, May 26 and receive a free baseball cap courtesy Leno’s Rico Taco and KCAL.96.7. On Sunday, floppy hats will be given to the first 2000 guests. This special giveaway is made possible by KOLA 99.9, The NOS Event Center, The Orange Show Speedway, and the NOS Sports Center. Monday is “Free T-shirt Day”. Once again, the first 2000 people through the gates receive a free t-shirt, compliments of St. Bernardine Medical Center and Radio Lazer.
