					SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES
OVERALL SHOW SPONSORSHIP 1. Sponsor‟s logo above (or part of) the Show title in all of the following:  Pre-Show advertising / inserts in all selected women‟s interest magazines. (Minimum 6 ads / inserts)  Exhibitor information and discount voucher booklet inserted into the Natal Mercury and Sunday Tribune in the week leading up to the Show, going to a country-wide readership of approximately 1 million. These booklets will also be distributed free to all show-goers. (A full-page editorial / advert will be set aside for the sponsor).  Ads in all local newspapers (Berea Mail, Highway Mail, Northglen News, Southlands Sun, South Coast Sun, Queensburgh News etc) the week leading up to the Show.  East Coast Radio advertising campaign leading up to the Show.  Street pole posters (200) around the City and outlying areas in the lead up to the Show.  Street pole banners around the ICC area.  All correspondence to potential exhibitors, exhibitor kits, show correspondence, exhibitor badges, show entrance tickets etc.  All Show clothing and uniforms (organisers and Show crew, etc).  15000 Printed giveaway bags to visitors (one side of bag).  All banners / signage demarcating various Show areas.  Front cover of discount voucher booklet to be handed out to all visitors. 2. Event branding - Sponsor‟s flags, banners, teardrops etc in and around Show venue (Maximum 40 items at entrances and exits etc, not to encroach on other Exhibitors‟ stand space). 3. Multimedia presentation - to be shown at the Press launch and to potential exhibitors prior to the Show. 4. Branding with a link to the Sponsor‟s website on the Show website. 6. Exhibition space (maximum 48 square metres) at the entrance to the Show, with ownership of registration area for branding. 7. 200 free VIP entrance tickets for clients / staff. 8. Mentions in all publicity releases by our PR Company. (While every effort will be made to ensure publication of sponsor‟s name, this obviously cannot be guaranteed, as we are at the whim of reporters and sub-editors).

SECONDARY SPONSORSHIP (Maximum 2 Sponsors) 1. Sponsor‟s logo at bottom of all Shows adverts in the following:  Pre-Show advertising / inserts in all selected women‟s interest magazines. THE “LAUNCH LOUNGE” A clearly demarcated up-market area, which also contains the “tea and coffee” section of the restaurant. This area will be laid out like a large lounge with sofas/settees, small tables, lamps, plants etc. Primarily a relaxation area, the “Launch Lounge” will also feature unstructured fashion shows that take place around the seated visitors, book launches, product launches etc. Light snack and beverage catering is the responsibility of the ICC, which will be providing muffins and cakes, teas, coffees and wine from trolleys around the area. During the early evenings, patrons will experience a piano-bar feel in this area, with a pianist accompanied by solo singers performing laid-back and easy-listening numbers. The Sponsor of this area will be entitled to:  Sponsor‟s Logo above the “Launch Lounge” segment in all Show advertising, including magazines, exhibitor information and discount voucher booklet (full page set aside for “Launch Lounge” info), inserts etc.  Branding of the area (with the branding having to suit the up-market, laid-back feel)  Logo on Show branding demarcating the “Launch Lounge” area  Branding with a link to the Sponsor‟s website on the Show website.  Exhibition space (maximum 30 square metres) within the Launch Lounge.  200 free VIP entrance tickets for clients / staff.  Mentions in publicity sendouts by our PR Company concerning the “Launch Lounge” programme of events. While every effort will be made to ensure publication of sponsor‟s name, this obviously cannot be guaranteed , as we are at the whim of reporters and sub-editors.
SPONSORSHIP VALUE OF ABOVE PACKAGE: R240 000 SPONSORSHIP SOUGHT: R60 000

“LIFE AND STYLE ARENA” A self-contained arena with raked seating (509 fixed seats, plus another 91 temporary seats, total 600) which will run a programme of events including lectures and talks of interest to women across the spectrum, choreographed fashion shows, dance and movement demonstrations. Each talk / event (maximum 20 minutes each) will be sponsored by individual companies / organisations. There will be at least 12 - 15 different events per day in this arena. The Sponsor of this area will be entitled to:  Sponsor‟s Logo above the “Life and Style Arena” segment in all Show advertising, including magazines, exhibitor information and discount voucher booklet (full page set aside for “Life and Style” Arena info), inserts etc.  Branding of the Arena (total area is 300 sq. metres, excluding the fixed seating)  Logo on Show branding demarcating the “Launch Lounge” area  Branding with a link to the Sponsor‟s website on the Show website.  Exhibition space of approximately 100 square metres on either side of the stage area, within the Arena.  200 free VIP entrance tickets for clients / staff.  Mentions in publicity sendouts by our PR Company concerning the “Life and Style Arena” programme of events. LOUNGE AND ARENA EVENT SPONSORSHIP Individual events / Shows can be staged at various times in the “Launch Lounge” and “Life and Style Arena”. All talks / lectures / shows may run a maximum of 20 minutes, and can only be staged once per day during the Show. Sponsors may stage their own event / talk, subject to approval by the Show Organisers.  Segment sponsors will have their company name and logo displayed in the programme, which will be in the exhibitor information and discount voucher booklet, as well as on the entertainment programme display boards at the Show.  Each segment sponsored will entitle the Sponsor to 20 free VIP tickets.  Sponsor‟s logos will appear on the Show website.
SPONSORSHIP VALUE PER SEGMENT - R40 000 SPONSORSHIP COST PER SEGMENT (NO MODELS, DANCERS ETC) – R3000 SPONSORSHIP COST PER SEGMENT (MODELS / DANCERS INCLUDED) – R5000 25% DISCOUNT ON ABOVE PRICES IF SPONSOR HAS TAKEN A FULL STAND PACKAGE

“REFUEL @ THE FIGTREE” An up-market „outdoor‟ area, containing the restaurant, wine & cocktail bar elements. Primarily a social and refreshment venue, “Refuel @ The Figtree” is the responsibility of the ICC & will feature the „light snack‟ catering, with plated sushi, salads and wraps. Post closure of the Woman‟s World Exhibition each night (7pm Friday 30th and Saturday 31st January, 5pm Sunday 1st February) the “Figtree” will remain open for two hours. Visitors & exhibitors will experience a „social feel‟ in this area, with solo singers and entertainers performing for patrons. The Sponsor of this area will be entitled to:  Sponsor‟s Logo above the “Figtree” segment in all Show advertising, including magazines, exhibitor information and discount voucher booklet (full page set aside for “Refuel @ the Figtree” info), inserts etc.  Branding of the area (with the branding having to suit the up-market, social feel)  Logo on Show branding demarcating the “Refuel @ The Figtree” area  Branding with a link to the Sponsor‟s website on the Show website.  Exhibition open space (maximum 36 square metres) in a prominent position within the Figtree area.  200 free VIP entrance tickets for clients / staff.  Mentions in publicity sendouts by our PR Company concerning the existence of “Refuel @ The Figtree” & programme of events. While every effort will be made to ensure publication of sponsor‟s name, this obviously cannot be guaranteed , as we are at the whim of reporters and sub-editors.

OTHER SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES 1. Back cover of Exhibitor information and discount voucher booklet (over 100,000 inserted into Natal Mercury and Sunday Tribune in the week leading up to the Show) and handed out free to all Show visitors. The cover of the booklet will be a glossy 4-colour print on minimum 200gsm card. Artwork at 300dpi is to be supplied by sponsor.
SPONSORSHIP COST: R20 000

2. Back of re-useable giveaway bags, handed out to all Show visitors (approx. 15000). This ad will be 15 x 15 cms, centred on the back of the bag, 4-colour print, artwork at 300dpi to be supplied.
