stage. Arrowhead Grill’s private dining room provides ample space for small and larger business
gatherings of up to 50 people, with a 720 square-foot room that provides an intimate atmosphere for
The large, flat-screen television and monitor is centrally located and compatible with Macs and PCs
and is operable with a hand-held clicker that allows presenters to control every aspect of their
presentation. It’s the optimal setting for pharmaceutical representatives who need to put on a
presentation created to impress.

Arrowhead Grill’s top-notch dining staff provides private service to make sure the gathering runs
smoothly by serving an all-inclusive menu tailored specifically to the pharmaceutical industry. The
menu includes dinner, drinks, tax and gratuity for $118.99 per person. With Arrowhead Grill’s
pharmaceutical package, guests receive a 4-course dinner, non-alcoholic beverages, and two glasses
of house wine or two beers per person.
Dinner begins with one of three, delicious appetizers. Choices include crunchy calamari tossed in a
light citrus vinaigrette, pretzel fondue served with Arrowhead Grill’s spicy mustard, or sweet and
crunchy coconut battered shrimp (one per six guests). The second course offers guests a choice of
fresh Caesar or chopped salad. Patrons will revel in one of seven mouthwatering dishes for their
main entrée, including a juicy 22-ounce rib eye, 8-ounce filet, or a 15-ounce prime rib. Seafood
lovers can indulge in sea trout and seasonal fish selections. Guests can also choose from slow
roasted chicken and a full rack of lamb.
Each entrée comes with the choice of one of eight sides, including soft and flavorful sautéed
mushrooms, sautéed broccoli, fresh sautéed asparagus, classic creamed corn or spinach, whipped
mashed potatoes, a baked potato or a twice baked potato. The evening is sure to end on a sweet
note, with dessert options like cool key lime pie, decadent chocolate cake and Chef Schwerd’s
irresistible butter cake.

There is no room charge for those who book the private dining room Sunday through Thursday.
There is a minimum food and beverage charge of $1,000 on weekdays and $1,600 on weekends.
