The link above gives access to a summary report that forms part of the e.learningage magazine Web site. This document summarises a report entitled 'Quality and ELearning in Europe', which contains the results of a survey done in April 2002. The survey included respondents from almost all EU countries, with the majority of respondents coming from the UK, France, Germany, Spain, and Italy. Results show that 61% of respondents rated e-learning as 'fair' or 'poor'. Elements rated were technical functioning, pedagogical design principles, subject content, and interactivity.
