The Bedrooms
Our Premier rooms in the main hotel have been refurbished and feature new bathrooms with power shower, state of the art wall mounted flat screen TVs and subtle designer lighting. As a family owned hotel we pride ourselves in catering for large or small families of varying ages. Family rooms can include twin bunk beds with additional sofa bed, cots and put up beds or interconnecting rooms for parents wanting space and privacy. Our Pavilion Executive rooms are located in a stunning separate building 150 feet from the main hotel and are favoured for their spaciousness and superb bathrooms featuring separate showers. Bedrooms at ground level have a patio and those on levels two and three have balconies suspended from the roof eaves, many enjoying fantastic views to the Cotswold’s. Suites with private lounge area, four poster beds and rooms adapted for people with disabilities are also available.

Children
Christmas time is very special for children. Please make sure you let us know the names and ages of your children on the booking form so we can pass this important information onto Father Christmas. There is plenty of fun for the children whilst at Blunsdon House Hotel. Kid’s computer games room and play area available. 3

The Restaurants
We have two different style restaurants enabling you to choose the ambience you prefer. Once you have chosen a specific restaurant you will dine there during your Christmas stay (unless otherwise stated).

A bright, spacious, mainly help yourself informal restaurant that offers flexibility in service and choice of menu selection. Christopher’s is ideal for larger family gatherings and families with young children.

Nichols is a beautiful and elegant restaurant with a level of service that goes hand in hand with its ambience. It lends itself to an intimate dining experience and is therefore not suited to large groups and young children. 4

Leisure Facilities
With such extensive leisure facilities you will be spoilt for choice. Our fully air conditioned leisure club offers two separate gymnasiums, indoor swimming pool, squash, tennis, steam room, sauna, 9 hole par 3 golf course and 1 mile woodland walk. Should you wish to explore, take a gentle drive through the picturesque villages of the South Cotswolds, or visit the Designer Shopping Outlet for some last minute shopping.

BEauty thERaPy ‘A place of tranquility for body and mind’. Relax, unwind and enjoy the superb therapies for both men and women offered by Secrets. You will be delighted by the sense of well being created by our friendly, professional therapists. Please visit our website at www.blunsdonhouse.co.uk for our separate brochure and available treatments. As this is a ‘one to one’ service, it is essential to pre book, bookings will be accepted subject to availability between 9.00am and 5.00pm except on Christmas Day and New Years Day.

Golfing Tournaments – Boxing Day and New Years Eve
Aspiring golfers meet in Carries bar at 10am on Boxing day and New Year’s Eve for a briefing for the golf tournament on our 9 hole par 3 course. The course is challenging for ‘handicap’ golfers (even the pros bettered Par only by one shot) and not so regular players (hackers) will be given shots to even things up. There will be prizes for the winners, runners up and nearest to the pin. Please complete the booking form in advance to reserve your place and don’t forget to bring your own clubs. The golf course will be open (subject to weather conditions) during daylight hours and there is a £12.50 per day charge, except for the tournaments on Boxing Day and New Year’s Eve which are included.
The golf course is open subject to weather conditions; this also applies to the tournaments.
