					Recipe Scott’s Bourbon Balls
Ingredients: 1 ½ Tablespoons cocoa 2 Tablespoons white corn syrup 1 ½ Cups finely copped pecans ¾ Cup Bourbon Powdered Sugar Instructions: Mix ingredients thoroughly and roll into small balls, roughly 1 heaping teaspoon each. Roll in powdered sugar, use wax paper to separate the layers. Makes ~4 dozen balls. Suggestion: Put mixture into refrigerator or freezer to chill before rolling into balls. Otherwise mixture tends to stick to hands, making rolling near impossible. Variations: 1) Use Rum instead of Bourbon, same quantity. 2) Add Cocoa to the powdered sugar to roll the balls in. 3) Add ¾ Tablespoon cinnamon to mixture and to powdered sugar. Also, use Captain Morgan Spiced Rum. 4) Use your favorite liquor and experiment (I’ve used kahlua and vodka with the variation #2 to make it like a black Russian) 3 Cups crushed vanilla wafers 1 Cup powdered sugar
