W4 ON REGENT STREET NEWSLETTER: September 2013

Dear Neighbour
W4 Regent Street – a development by The Crown Estate, managed by Exemplar

During September, we have made significant progress with the external glass cladding in New Burlington Mews which
is now up to Level 3. This has allowed us to start the internal finishes on these floors with dry lining to the ‘core’
areas and fit out of the toilet areas with the mechanical and electrical items, ceilings, walls, terrazzo troughs and
cubicles now installed to levels 1 and 2.

The Regent Street roof has been completed with slates installed and lead flashing which has allowed us to begin
dismantling the scaffold. The windows and frames and much of the glazing have been installed up to Level 4 on the
majority of the retained and re-built facades.

Also, the highways works on Regent Street and New Burlington Street have begun in earnest, with new paving being
installed along both streets in preparation for the retail units opening in the next few months.
