Council owns various residential and commercial properties that are available for rent. In some instances, these
properties are rented through local real estate agencies.

There are five (5) Aged Care Units in Rylstone. Currently, two are available for rent. These one bedroom units are
available for people on a pension at a weekly rental of $100 per week. For further information, please contact Council's
