Online – The Hot Topic at AADA 2013 Online was the key topic and theme at this year’s AADA Convention. Dealer Solutions presented an amazing session delivered by Chris Fong from Google USA and showed the industry how important it is to keep up with consumer’s online habits. The car shopping model has changed and introduced the Zero Moment of Truth (ZMOT). This means that consumers have researched you and the vehicle online before they even step foot into your dealership, they are smart!
