Overnight concrete pour on Thursday 26 September
As part of the work to build the new Crossrail Western Ticket Hall at                                    Duration of work
Bond Street, our contractor Costain Skanska Joint Venture will be                                     Thursday 26 September
undertaking a large volume concrete pour on the evening of Thursday                                    2013 for one night
26 September 2013.
                                                                                                      From 19:00 on Thursday
We will commence the pour at 19:00 at a rate of four concrete trucks                                   evening to 09:00 Friday
                                                                                                       morning
per hour increasing to eight concrete trucks per hour after 21:00. We
anticipate that all works will be completed by 09:00 the next day.                                       What to expect

About Crossrail
Crossrail is the new high frequency, convenient and
accessible railway for London and the South East.

When the service opens Crossrail trains will travel from
Maidenhead and Heathrow in the west to Shenfield
and Abbey Wood in the east via new twin tunnels
under central London. It will link Heathrow Airport, the
West End, the City of London and Canary Wharf.
