1. You MAY sell these and/or resell right(s) at any price. I cannot
legally force you to comply with any one price.

Your resell license will become null and void.

8. Any violation of this agreement will be subject to a revoking of this license in which
case all monies paid will be forfeited.

special, incidental, or other consequential damages arising directly or indirectly from the
