Responsible for providing work direction to accounting clerk for the day-to-day maintenance of general accounting
systems. Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries for TEC.
Responsible for overseeing Navision (accounting system) problems and procedures. Prepare quarterly
financials for review. In charge of tracking company’s assets and preparing proper information for property
tax purposes. Prepare use and sales tax reporta for manager’s approval. Responsible for tracking R&D
and labor for various projects. Continue to assist and maintain accounting clerk duties when needed.

Accounting Clerk (10/93 – 98)
Maintain accounting records and devise procedures for an organizational unit. Maintain a
combination of general accounting, budget, and cost systems. In charge of customer billing and inventory
closing each month. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of invoices, purchase orders, and posting to
the general ledger. Assist in preparing profit and loss, income, and balance sheet statements on a quarterly
basis. Prepare sales tax and asset spreadsheets for quarterly reporting. Backup the production
department by recording, tracking, testing, and quality control of inventory. Assist production department
with inventory items and problems. Responsible for maintaining employee and companies insurance
obligations and needs; miscellaneous Human Resource duties.
