   As Chairman/Member of the Orange Planning Commission for 8+ years, I reviewed and approved a wide range of
   CEQA guided land use matters, including, CUP's, zone changes, tentative tract maps, sub-divisions, EIR's, GP
   amendments, ABC licenses, building variances, for retail; shopping centers, office buildings, industrial, (Gas
