Part I (20 Points) Instructions: In a Word Document, complete the following:
Type your entrepreneur’s name using Word Art, centered at the top of your paper. Search the Internet, copy/paste your Entrepreneur’s picture Centered under the name— approximately 1” in size. Centered, under the entrepreneur’s picture, type the name of the business and/or product/service that made this entrepreneur successful. Include the business logo, slogan, or its main product. Under the business name, starting at the left margin, answer the following questions. Use
complete sentences. Do not include any extra information.
1. Date of Birth or Current age or Age at Death or Date of Death. Or a combination of these. 2. The history of the business—how, or when, or where it got started; (1-3 sentences maximum) 3. Other contributions, significant facts, interesting information, etc… about this person or business. (3-5 sentences maximum) 4. Is this business still in business under the same name? If not, is it under a different name? 5. Does this business have a web site, if so, what is the URL? 6. Have you ever heard of this entrepreneur before? 7. Have you ever heard of this business before? 8. Have you ever used its products/services? How often? 9. State the name of your entrepreneur to 5 students in this class. Ask if they have heard of this person before. How many students had heard of this person? 10. State the name of the business to the same five students. Ask if they have ever heard of this business. How many students had heard of this business? 5 POINTS EXTRA CREDIT Repeat Steps 9 and 10 above. Ask 5 adults. Record who you asked, their answers and your conclusions.

Part 2 (10 Points)
In our market economy, all people are free to start their own business with the
purpose of earning a fair profit. People who assume the risks of a business enterprise are called entrepreneurs. They are the driving force of our economy. We are going to make a bulletin board displaying successful entrepreneurs. Instructions: In a Word Document, complete the following:
A. Type your entrepreneur’s name using Word Art, centered at the top of your paper. B. Center the Entrepreneur’s picture under the name—approximately 3 x 5” in size. If it’s blurry, choose a different picture. C. Under the picture, in large print, type the name of the business and/or the main product/service that made this entrepreneur successful. Instead of typing the business name, you can just copy/paste the business’ logo/name. D. Towards the bottom of the page, in large print, include a 1-2 sentence quote— related to business—that this person said. HINT: In Google, type your entrepreneur’s
name followed by the word quote. For example: Bill Gates quote
E. Include a page border. F. Spellcheck. Include your filename/path. Save in your P Drive. G. Print in black & white only. Turn in for participation points.
