  demand for low-skilled workers has decreased
   Earnings for non-college graduates has greatly

 Benefits such as health insurance and pensions have
  increased costs for businesses which decrease profits

   Move jobs overseas
Temporary Employment
1. Easier to hire or layoff workers when business is up
   or down
2. Easier to discharge temporary workers
3. Paid less and fewer benefits
4. Some workers prefer this type of employment
