   I gave him time to study what he wanted
    • He didn´t need to be in classroom during some lessons
       He studied Einstein things, wrote his book (just some examples)

      I learned:
         - highly gifted pupils don´t only need more exercises or papers
         - they are good at planning their own work in
           their own way about subjects they are interested in
         - let them fly and fulfill themselves!
         - as a teacher act like a coach
         - it´s not always necessary to use difficult forms to find gifted pupils
         - keep it simple
         - trust your instinct and give pupils time and possibilities . They´ll
         take the lead , be ready for them and be interested in their job!
