    condition that might energize and direct our actions.”
n   Sage: “Motivation can be defined simply as the
    direction and intensity of one’s efforts.”
n   B.C.Rai: “Motivation is a psychological and physical
    condition that cause one to expend efforts to satisfy
    needs and wants.”
