Contractor License Application Procedures 1. Submit a completed application and a signed bond in the minimum amount of $10,000. 2. General liability insurance in a minimum amount of $1,000,000.00 is required for class A and B licenses; a class C license requires a minimum of $500,000.00 in coverage. Class D and E licenses require a minimum of $300,000.00 in coverage. 3. The licensing fee is $300.00 for Class A and Class B licenses, $200.00 for Class C, $100.00 for Class D, and $200.00 for Class E licenses. 4. Checks and money orders should by made payable to the City of Omaha. 5.
