Guest Scholarship Program
  For master's level studies the Guest Scholarship
  program is only open to applicants from ODA
  countries.
For PhD, post-doctoral level and students of Swedish
  language and literature the Guest Scholarship Program
  is open for applicants from all countries with the
  exception of the Nordic countries (Sweden, Denmark,
  Finland, Iceland and Norway).
Students from Belarus, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland,
  Russia and Ukraine should apply to the Visby
  Programme.
