             grant for a Law Enforcement Assistance Fund project to           Assistant County Attorney
             provide additional law enforcement services by the Arapahoe

             driving under the influence of alcohol or dugs, in an amount
             not to exceed $14,900.00, for calendar year 2007, pursuant
             to the terms contained therein


Item 10      Adoption of a resolution to reestablish the membership and                       Ron Carl
             the powers of the Arapahoe County Community Corrections          Assistant County Attorney
             Board (ACCCB) established by resolution in 1981. This
             resolution will also change the membership of the ACCCB
             to add a City of Centennial appointment as well as to allow
             additional citizen members
