Arthur Anthony launches new Stoneham Kitchens showroom in Chelmsford
Arthur Anthony Kitchens, a new showroom opened this month by the local Mayor of
Chelmsford, brings prestigious Stoneham Kitchens to the heart of England’s thriving, new city.
Servicing Essex and the surrounding area, Arthur Anthony Kitchens showcases bespoke ranges from
‘jewel in the company crown’ Stoneham Kitchens alongside other European brands. Built on 150 years
of expertise, Stoneham Kitchens manufacturers bespoke, fine-quality furniture, earning itself a Royal
Warrant for its quality and dependability.
To mark the occasion, the Mayor of Chelmsford, Councillor Trevor Miller, opened the showroom in
Great Baddow, Chelmsford on Saturday 6th July.
“It was a fantastic open day,” says Natasha Daine, Arthur Anthony’s Showroom Manager. “Lots of
people turned up to see the grand opening by the Mayor, and check out the diverse ranges on display,
members of the public, Essex estate agents and local businesses.”
“There has never been a better time to open up a kitchen company in Chelmsford,” adds Anthony
Jackson, Arthur Anthony’s Managing Director. “The property market is growing rapidly in
Chelmsford, with 4,000 new commercial developments planned by the City Council, and our kitchen
company will be adding to this thriving local economy. We are going to be developing partnerships
with architects, estate agents and property developers and want to make sure the company gives
something back to the local community. That includes a charitable donation, Farleigh Hospice is
charity of choice, and we’ll be making annual donations to help the hospice continue to offer its
fantastic free service,” says Jackson.
On display at Arthur Anthony Kitchens is Stoneham’s Lullingstone and Strata painted range in Oak
and French Grey. Tim Smith, Arthur Anthony’s Senior Designer, who has over 24 years experience in
the kitchen industry working on both national and international kitchen projects, describes the public’s
reaction to the ranges: “The bespoke, personalised nature of a Stoneham kitchen was a huge hit with
the public. In Essex people have a real sense of pride in their homes; the kitchen is much more than a
room for preparing food, it’s become a central hub for gathering, eating and entertaining and people
want their kitchen to reflect this. A Stoneham kitchen is made to order, using the finest materials, and
innovative kitchen accessories, it’s definitely the jewel in the company crown.”
