Equivalency charts are also available for the College Level Examination Program
In 2006, a Minnesota statute was passed mandating all Minnesota State Colleges
and Universities to accept designated scores for AP, IB, and CLEP. The
Minnesota Department of Education has requested course equivalencies from our
colleges and universities for all CLEP examinations.
All colleges and universities may check the links above to see if their institution
needs to provide equivalencies for CLEP exams or to see if they need to be
After you update your College Level Examination Program (CLEP) table that
shows equivalencies for CLEP test scores with your institution's courses, please
contact Marlys Peters-Melius at the Minnesota Department of Education:
firstname.lastname@example.org, 651.582.8848 so that she can update the
CLEP chart that shows equivalencies for all Minnesota's institutions on the
Minnesota Department of Education Web site.
Both the AP and CLEP equivalency charts are accessible from
