Department of Defense systems integrator, 120 employees
Hand-selected by founding general manager to provide technical interface between upper management
and various integrated production teams (IPT) for ~$100 million airship program. Crossed all areas of the
program leading interdisciplinary teams in multiple U.S. locations to drive completion of critical tasks.
Payload Integration Infrastructure (PII) IPT, Morgantown, WV and Elkridge, MD
Led the design, development and delivery of 40kW Power Distribution System (PDS) including all power and
data interfaces between the airship and airborne sensor payloads.
Worked closely with program management office to efficiently complete design and delivery tasks resulting in
17% profit on development and delivery of PII electrical and mechanical components.
Served as the test lead working with multiple IPTs to define and document test procedures for ground
functionality and airworthiness flight testing.
Provided oversight for subcontracts. Frequently worked in subcontractor facilities to provide on-site support and
drive delivery of contracted components.

Led the development and installation of custom cabling harnesses for onboard power and data connections—
400+ custom harnesses totaling over 19 miles of wiring.
