Bradford Management Group Welcomes New Director of Sales
Earlier this week, the Bradford Management Group announced the addition of Marc Berlin as their Director of
Sales. Mr. Berlin will bring over 25 years of experience in the sales and recruiting industry to his new position.
Online PR News – 21-June-2013 – Bradford Management Group has announced the addition of a new
Director of Sales, Marc Berlin, to their team of business relationship professionals. Berlin brings 25 years of
experience to his work with the Bradford Management Group. As the new Director of Sales, Berlin will be
metering, leading and managing the company's current sales team. He will also aid in client acquisition and
sales training across the company.
Bradford Violette, President of the Bradford Management Group, indicated his pleasure in the addition.
"(Marc) is one of the few folks I have deliberately kept in contact with over the years and, in my opinion, he is
the best sales trainer in our industry!"
Prior to landing this position with Bradford Management Group, Berlin worked in an accounting and financial
search firm called Accountants Overload, which was based in Los Angeles. Here he learned the skills
necessary to become one of the top producing sales representatives for the company. He was eventually
recruited to a senior sales management position at Accountants on Call, where he worked with Mr. Violette.
In addition, Mr. Berlin has produced several training products, which will be helpful in his work with the
Bradford Management Groups, including a training video entitled The Seven Successful Steps of a Sales
Presentation. He also created a New Sales Rep Boot Camp training program and founded his own company,
MBA Executive Search and Consulting, which focused on search, job placement and interview skills. The
experience he gained running MBA Executive search and the knowledge available in his videos and training
programs will prove to be invaluable to the team at the Bradford Management Group.
When asked about these qualifications and his decision to add Berlin to the team, Violette said, "While at
Accountants on Call, Marc and I worked closely together for several years. His duties included recruiting,
hiring and training sales representatives for the West Coast. During that time he earned three consecutive
'Superstar Production' awards and increased sales revenue for the region by $6.2 million."
Mr. Violette went on to say, "He's considered an industry expert in corporate account development, branch
management and operations in our field. I am delighted that Marc has joined our leadership team."
Mr. Berlin officially started his new position on June 4, 2013.
