       The numerous antidumping cases encompass a wide variety of manufacturing and

                                    KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS

   Formed international trade consulting firm representing 39 different international and
    domestic companies in 35 antidumping duty cases before the DOC/IA and US Customs.
   Represented six subsidiaries of the largest ball bearing manufacturer in the world (AB SKF) in
    various antidumping cases from Italy, Germany, France and USA before the DOC/IA resulting
    in a savings of approximately $90 million of antidumping duty liabilities.
   Developed and managed company-wide procedures for client companies to ensure compliance
    with import regulations and practices relating to DOC/IA antidumping cases and import
    compliance audits.
   Developed and implemented price-monitoring systems using EXCEL and SAS software
    programs to prevent and reduce clients’ potential exposure to antidumping duty liabilities on
    imports.
                                   PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

     Represented and advised client domestic and international companies on import compliance
      relating to antidumping cases before the DOC/IA and US Customs to reduce and eliminate
      antidumping duty liabilities for imports of various products.
     Led preparation and management of import compliance audits and investigations relating to
      antidumping cases before DOC/IA import compliance auditors.
     Analyzed US and foreign market pricing and cost structures for client companies using
      manufacturing, sales, financial, cost accounting, and data information systems to determine the
      level of potential antidumping duty exposure in the US market.
     Prepared and compiled sales and cost of production reports for submission to DOC/IA import
      compliance officials pursuant to antidumping proceedings and import compliance audits.
     Managed and supervised client companies’ project staff for the collection of data necessary to
      prepare submissions and reports required for DOC/IA’s annual antidumping proceedings.
     Drafted sections of legal briefs in concert with international trade attorneys on antidumping
      related issues before the DOC/IA, Court of International Trade (CIT) and Court of Appeals for
      the Federal Circuit (CAFC).
     Coordinated with DOC/IA and US Customs import specialists on the liquidation and
      assessments of entries, HTS classification issues, foreign trade zones, duty drawback, customs
      valuation, country of origin, and antidumping scope exclusion requests.
