3. Data base to hold following information
   1. All details from the customer form
   2. all the details from the agent form
   3. The agent should be able to see approved 3 postcodes customer list
   4. the customer list should be in brief and once they click on it then they can see the complete
      details.
   5. they should be able to make notes on the actions taken
   6. they should be able to email directly from there to the clients
   7. Post codes play a very major role ,and we should be able to add and take out the post codes
      both from the database and the agents
8. Data Administration
1. We should be able to active or hold the account
2. The agent will be approved 3 postcodes so they will be able to see
   customers for those postcodes only.
3. we should be able to allocate 3 postcodes for the agent and allocate
   against their agency
4. Post codes play a very major role ,and we should be able to add and take out the
