                        Sofitel, “Life is magnifique “

Luxury ―made in France‖
Through its brand repositioning in the luxury world, Sofitel is attracting a cosmopolitan clientele in search of
quality and excellence. The brand offers unique hotels in numerous destinations and major world capitals,
combining ―French-style elegance‖ with the best of local culture. From the United Kingdom to Argentina,
Luxembourg and China, five flagship hotels opened in 2008, testifying to the new promise of Sofitel. Two sister
brands will soon enrich Sofitel offerings: Sofitel Legend, a collection of legendary hotels and So by Sofitel, a new
―boutique hotel‖ concept featuring innovations joining style and spirit with design and pleasure.

Accor‘s expansion into emerging markets, Ibis has become Accor‘s fastest growing brand. In 2011, ibis has

After openings in new countries in the past years, such as Singapore, Algeria, Jordan, Oman and Madagascar;
ibis continues to grow. The brand will open about 70 new hotels, totalling 10,000 new rooms, per year. Created in
1974, ibis is today the leader in Europe and one of the top economy hotel chains in the world.

ibis has recently become a Mega Brand with three brands: ibis, which remains ibis, all seasons, which will
become ‗ibis styles‘ and Etap Hotel, which will become ‗ibis budget‘.
