    Product description (Integrated stamping frame and mattress base are steel made with
         epoxy (An adhesive, plastic, paint, or other material made from a class of synthetic
         thermosetting polymers containing epoxide groups). Polyester powder coated & baked
         finish, resistant to chipping and scratching. Bed head/foot board are made of ABS plastic
         (t's used in Air-Soft Guns because it is 30 times more durable than regular plastic, holds
         its shape when molded by heat, chemical resistant, and is not affected by temperature. It
         can also be recycled. It’s true name is Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene)

Price:

    The bed price is $11,000
    The bed mattress is around $400 depending on the quality

         cleanable, and replaceable. The pleated design allows full integration with the mattress’s
         Geo-Matt style shear-relieving surface while minimizing hammocking (foam topper is a
         high density, medical grade foam. The unique geometric design consists of over 800
         individual cells, each of which acts individually to redistribute pressure, to reduce heat
         and moisture buildup on the skin, and to reduce shear to underlying tissues.
       *this foam design will make the bed more comfortable with the bed pan insert. It will
       distribute the weight of the person making it comfortable yet convent.

    ABS side rail, tuck away type with safe lock
    Central locking foot pedal control with casters dia150mm
    Built-in controller in ABS railing
    Frame: made of cold-rolled steel plate, treated by electro-coating and powder-coating
       Detachable ABS headboard/footboard

      Central-controlled braking system, 4 silent wheels
      L&K motor (http://www.sauer-
       danfoss.com/stellent/groups/publications/documents/product_literature/520l0627.pdf )
    With one ss height adjustable I.V pole, with Drainage hook
    Bedpan – stainless steel pan attaches to a plastic Wc Pan connector and a flexible sewage
       hose

Dimensions:

      Overall dimension: 6.8ft(L)x3.2ft (W)x1.6ft(H)
      Height adjustable from 450 to 700m
    The mattress foam topper is 2" in height (including the bed pan insert)

How Airplane toilets work:

Airplane toilets use an active vacuum instead of a passive siphon, and they are therefore called
vacuum toilets. When you flush, it opens a valve in the sewer line, and the vacuum in the line
sucks the contents out of the bowl and into a tank. Because the vacuum does all the work, it takes
very little water (or the blue sanitizing liquid used in airplanes) to clean the bowl for the next
person. Most vacuum systems flush with just half a gallon (2 liters) of fluid or less, compared to
1.6 gallons (6 liters) for a water-saving toilet and up to 5 gallons (19 liters) for an older toilet.

Advantages:

    They use very little water.
    They can use much smaller diameter sewer pipes.
    They can flush in any direction, including upward. Since a vacuum system does not use
       gravity to move the water, there is nothing to stop the sewer pipe from going straight up.
    That the pipe does not have to go downward also means you can avoid cutting into the
       floor to put in new toilets.
    They can be put anywhere in the building.

Saniflex Sanitation Hose:

    Highest Quality marine Sanitation Hose.
    Uses Butyl rubber construction which has the lowest odor permeation level not found in
       other rubber or PVC material hoses.
    Extremely flexible for easy installation with a low bend radius up to one time its
       diameter.

Plastic Wc Pan Connector:

      PVC WC PAN CONNECTOR;
    High corrosion resistance, immunity of the impact of corrosive oil and kinds of waste
       water in life, resistance from acid and alkali corrosion;
      High impact strength and mechanical intensity;
    No jam-up and sediment, smooth internal wall , small flow resistance with 0.009 of
       friction coefficient, so little water head loss, 30% more flow volume than cast iron pipes
       of the same diameter;
    No rust, so keep external wall un-contaminated by the rust of pipes and keep buildings
       fairness;
      Good sealing performance;
    Healthy, bacteriological neutral, conforming to drinking water standards.
    Complete specifications of pipes and fittings, which can meet many requirements of
       various designs and installations.
