•   All staff have the same access to services
•   There is no evidence that the service could affect any group of staff in a different way
•   The service does not help or hinder equal opportunity
•   The service has no potential to contribute to achieving a specific equality law
•   A few staff with physical disabilities may require a slight change to standard policies but the
    number of people affected is very small and each case will be dealt with on an individual basis.
