UPDATE OF OPERATOR/ORGANISATION DETAILS – APPLICATION FORM

Introduction Where the Operator’s details as set out in the GHG emissions permit change, for example through a name change or change of registered office, this must be notified to the EPA so that this can be reflected in the GHG emissions permit.These changes may also require changes to be made to the relevant Operator Holding Account in the National Emissions Trading Registry. Where an Organisation holds a Person/Organisation Holding Account in the National Emissions Trading Registry, a change of name or change of registered office must also be notifed to the EPA so that any knock-on changes to the relevant Person/Organisation Holding Account in the National Emissions Trading Registry may be made. This Update of Operator/Organisation Details Application Form IRL ETS 014-01 must be submitted by the Operator or Organisation to the EPA to allow for such changes to be reflected upon the GHG emissions permit and/or the relevant Account/s in the National Emissions Trading Registry.

Once all relevant sections are completed, you must submit two hard copies of the completed application, one of which must be a signed and stamped original, plus an electronic copy. The electronic copy should not exceed 2MB in size when forwarded to the EPA by e-mail.
