Dear Employer: Once again, as an important employer in the Susquehanna Valley, we ask for your participation in the 14th Annual Regional Salary Survey. You and your peers have supported the region’s only ‘all-industry’ compensation survey for over thirteen years. Pinnacle Consulting, LLC is again conducting this survey under the guidance of HR Executives from Bucknell University, Lycoming College, Pennsylvania College of Technology, Geisinger Health Systems, Susquehanna University and the Susquehanna Human Resource Management Association. Employers from an eight-county region of central PA will be invited to participate. It is also important to note that all costs associated with this survey have been underwritten by the guiding organizations previously mentioned and all employers are encouraged to participate regardless of the size or industry type. We will ensure the confidentiality of your responses. If you prefer, your organization may remain anonymous by checking the appropriate block on the participant profile page. You may obtain an electronic version of the survey, by visiting our website at www.pinnacle-hr.com to download the survey files or email a request to info@pinnacle-hr.com. Please return the completed forms by February 20, 2009. The results will be provided to you free of charge by April 1, 2009. If you have any questions or need any further information, please feel free to contact me at (570) 321-9505. Thank you in advance for your time and assistance. Sincerely yours, James H. Yoxtheimer, MBA, SPHR President INSTRUCTIONS The information on the participant profile page will be used in the preparation of the final results and included in the finished document provided to all participants.
