Chocolate Truffles Recipe
Serves/Makes: 4 dozen

3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 can condensed sweetened milk
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
Topping of your choice in which to roll truffles (finely crushed chocolate graham
cracker crumbs, instant coffee, etc)
Put chips and milk in sauce pan. Melt and blend together over low heat. After blended,
remove from heat and blend in vanilla. Chill for 2 hours.
Roll into 1/2 inch balls, then roll in topping of your choice. Chill 1 more hour or until
firm. Store in airtight container at room temperature.
