                         Program Explanation and Guidelines




Welcome to the Rider Rep program, a sales opportunity designed to allow Luggage
Locker customers an opportunity to casually represent our products and receive
commission based compensation for generating sales orders. This simple program can
reward you for “show and telling” others about our unique products and then turning
those efforts into sales of the product.

Here is how the program works.

1. You sign up (it’s free) as a Rider Rep and receive the official documentation
   consisting of:
 Our one page agreement explaining the program and how it works
 Laminated credential card with your assigned Rider Rep number
 A retail price sheet for all our products
 A sample order form
 Instructions about submitting an order on the website, by phone, or by mail

2. All that’s required is you have a Luggage Locker product on your bike.

3. You show and tell others about our products. If your efforts result in those you show
   wanting to make a purchase of a Luggage Locker product, you can take the order.
   You then submit that order to us, and we pay you a cash flat rate 10% of the retail
   value of the order (minus any shipping & handling charge value) to be paid on the
   15th of the month following receipt and processing of that order.

That’s all there is to it. You already have one of our products. You’re going to show it to
others anyway, so why not have a chance to make a little extra money showing and
telling others about this most unique line of luggage products. Put that charm, knowledge,
and sales ability to work for the benefit of us both!!!!!!!

The following page is the agreement between us that outlines the relationship. Please
print a copy of it, sign it in ink, and mail it to us at the address listed. We’ll counter sign it
and return a copy to you. We need to have a signed copy of this so we can be sure you
read about and understand the program and how it works. You are under no obligation or
cost, and can turn in or abandon your rider rep number anytime.
                 Rider Rep Program Basic Agreement

By signing this document, I hereby accept and agree to the following terms
regarding my participation in the Luggage Locker Rider Rep program.

1. I understand that I am in no way being considered an employee, owner, officer,
   director, or legal representative of the company, or of it’s owners, officers, or
   designated legal representatives.
2. I understand that this is nothing more than an informal relationship structured
   for the sole purpose of allowing me to receive commission based compensation
   for my generating sales of Luggage Locker products as outlined in the program
   directives.
3. I understand that I am solely responsible for any taxes resultant of income
   generated through this program, and agree to hold Luggage Locker harmless
   regarding any tax liabilities as may be generated as a result of commission
   received.
4. I understand that I am not eligible to receive any benefits, unemployment,
   workers comp, hourly/weekly pay, salary, or compensation outside of the
   specified commission payment schedule.
5. I understand that I am not being directed, ordered, or assigned any specific
   schedule or duties regarding my association with this program, and further
   agree to hold harmless the company, it’s owners and officers, from any and all
   liability associated with any personal loss or injury as may occur during any
   effort I put forth in the show and tell or sales attempt on behalf of the company
   and its products.
6. I understand that commission rates, program outlines, structure, and
   participation guidelines are the sole determination of the company and may be
   changed, modified, or eliminated at the companies discretion. The company does
   agree to provide advance notice of any significant change and allow cessation of
   participation without penalty.
7. I understand that I may terminate my involvement with the program at any time
   without notice, and am under no further obligation.
8. I agree not to enter into any agreements, contracts, binding relationships, or
   business arrangements on behalf of Luggage Locker or it’s parent company
   Rocket Locker Inc. in any form or manner that would constitute a contractual
   relationship obligating the company or its owners, directors, or legal
   representatives.

                            How to submit an Order

If you have taken an order from an interested party and now wish to turn the order
in, you can do it one of three ways:

1. Call the toll free order line at 888.414.2903 and place the order. If the message
   center answers, leave your phone number and we’ll call you back.

2. Place the order online on the website: www. LuggageLocker. com. Be sure you
   put your rider rep number on the order in the comments section so you get
   credit.

3. Mail the order information to us at: 67160 Airport Rd., St. Clairsville, Ohio
   43950. Be sure contact information is on the order so we can call you if we need
   to talk with you about it or ask a question.

If you run into anyone who resists giving you their credit card information, but still
want to make a purchase…here is what to do.

Take all the information they’ll give you, then give them our toll free number
888.414.2903 or send them to our website www.luggagelocker.com and tell them
they can give the credit card info directly to us. You can give us the information you
have…and we’ll get the card number from them. You’ll get credit, and they won’t
feel like a stranger was trying to get their credit card number.
